The tools require account creations, and database setting up for . We usually charge a setup fee of $500 for doing this, and then a monthly fee of $20 per client

Because we have to create query tables that will automatically pull the data for every metric across the Google platforms (20+ data tables), including connecting these together, and pushing to an individual app for each client.

We create an individual client app for each client you sign up, but also a master app which your staff can use. The point of this is you can switch clients in the app, rather than going to a separate app each time you want to look over data

We found it helped both our staff and our clients see results and understand where they are at. Agency work can be hard to justify to clients if they have no idea how it affects their website stats and lead generation. Its a proof of work, and also improves your overall service as you can give

Agencies big enough to cover the monthly costs per client. Would suggest you either upsell it to clients, or absorb the costs to improve your delivery/offering. It will save your staff’s time automating strategy.

A challenge with agency work is creating plans based on what is happening. We combat this by pulling all this data into an AI system to:
Give accurate data analytics
Create plans using the data from your website, and competitors
This is only available on the pro package currently as it uses the openai api, which costs us for every metric of data we analyse

The trouble with these platforms is they all work separately and you need to go into each of them to see different data. We have merged all this data together – which is not something common in the market. We are yet to see a holistic app that combines all this data into one area

We have a section where you can see all competitors keywords, and stats compared to a client. This works well with clients, as there is often a rivalry going on, and the satisfaction of stealing their keywords can bring about a sense of excitement. Doing so creates a “shopping wishlist” of the keywords they want to focus on. This is not automated currently. Work in progress, hence being on the pro plan

Search console is direct feedback interms of what keywords a client is getting impressions, clicks through rates, average position etc. Its almost like stage 1 of the Google process. Google analytics is website data once they land on the site, such as customer demographics, interactions etc. SEO tools are generally projections, and aren’t always entirely accurate. Using the combo of the 3 gives you different stats to be analysed together.
